NIGHTCRAWLER Inches It’s Way To Top The Weekend Box Office – AMC Movie News

The weekend box office numbers are in with the new Jake Gyllenhaal film NIGHTCRAWLER taking the #1 spot by a hair with $10.91 million in its opening weekend while OUIJA came in second spot with $10.9 million in its second weekend. Holding on to the third spot is the Brad Pitt film FURY taking in another $9.1 million. Holding on to the #4 spot is GONE GIRL with $8.8 million brining its world wide total up to just under $280 million dollars. And rounding out the top 5 is the animated film THE BOOK OF LIFE making $8.3 million to bring its world wide total up to $69 million.
